This project was in Kingsteignton for the housing developer Redrow Homes.

The was a large cut/fill earth moving contract which included excavating old mines and re-instating them. Followed by stabilisation of the ground with re-enforcement fabric so the developer could build houses there. Because houses were being built here the specification for the works was very high and a high level of accuracy and care was required when carrying out the works. The specification was followed and throughout the project a thorough testing regime was followed.
