This project was for the main contractor BAM who were to deliver a new main school building, sport hall, carpark and landscaped areas.

The project consisted of some enabling works, foundations, drainage, new service mains and external finishes. Due to the small footprint of the site and the fact the school was fully occupied throughout meant the works had to be planned meticulously and this also made for a challenging project which ultimately made the success of it all the better.

They moved into the school as planned in April 2017 with the carpark and landscape areas finishing as planned in October 2017.
