This project was for an Exeter based main contractor building 26 dwellings for the local housing authority. The project was challenging, the site was very steep with restricted access. Our works included foundations and substructure block work, drainage, storm water attenuation tank, new drainage connections into the highway, RC retaining walls, new roads and the external finishes. The client was happy with the finished product and the project finished in September 2019.
